CEC – ஜெய்ப்பூரில் நடைபெற்றது. அக் கூட்ட்த்தில், VRS, மெடிகல் அலவன்ஸ் கட், LTC கட் அகியவற்றிற்கு எதிராக ‘ஒன்று பட்ட போராட்ட்திற்கு’ முயற்சிக்குமாறும், BSNL-ல் புதிய அங்கீகார விதிகளை, விகிதாச்சார அடிப்படையில், ஏற்படுத் துவதற்கு முயலுமாறும் தனது மத்திய சங்கத்திற்கு வழிகாட்டுதல் வழங்கியுள்ளது.

....... The CEC has diirected the CHQ to take efffforts for the impllementatiion off a New Recogniitiion Rulle in BSNL,, based on Proportiionate Representatiion.. The CEC has empowered the Centrall Secretariiat to work out other detaiills off the proposed rulle.......
