VRS – குறித்து நிர்வாகத்தின் திட்ட வரைவு

தற்போது, நமது நிர்வாகம், BSNL –ல் விருப்ப ஓய்வு குறித்து,
தொலை தொடர்பு இலாக்காவிற்கு ஒரு வரைவு அளித்துள்ளது.

17/09/2011 அன்று, தொலை தொடர்பு இலாக்காவிற்கு அளித்துள்ள திட்டத்தின் படி,  நிறைவடைந்த ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டு சேவைக்கும் 35 நாட்கள் சம்பளம் (சம்பளம்+பஞ்சப்படி), மற்றும் மீதமிருக்கும் ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டு சேவைக்கும் 25 நாட்கள் சம்பளம் (சம்பளம்+ பஞ்சப்படி) வழங்கலாம் என குறிப்பிடப் பட்டுள்ளது. 

குறைந்த பட்ச ஈட்டுத் தொகை என்பது ரூபாய் 25,000/-, அதிக பட்சமாய் 250 நாட்கள் சம்பளம் இவற்றில் எது அதிகமோ அதனை வழங்கலாம். 

அதிகபட்ச ஈட்டுத்தொகை என்பது,  ஊழியர் சர்வீஸில் தொடர்ந் திருந்தால், பெற்றிருக்கக்கூடிய மொத்த சம்பளம். அனால் இத்தொகை   60 ௦ மாத சம்பளத்தினை மிகக் கூடாது

இதுகுறித்து தொழிற்சங்கங்களுடன் பேச்சு வார்த்தை  நடத்தக் கூடும். இந்த குறிப்பினைக் கூட தோழர்கள் இறுதியானதான கொள்ள வேண்டாம். இது நிர்வாகம் அளித்துள்ள lowest bid.

• Ex-Gratia lump sum amount as per the Depatment of Enterprises (DPE) scheme for marginal profit/ loss making enterprises i.e. salary (basic+DA) of 35 days for every completed year of service and 25 days for every year of service left until superannuation.


• The compensation is subject to a minimum of Rs.25,000/- or 250 days salary whichever is higher. However, the amount shall not exceed the sum of the salary that the employee would draw at the
prevailing level for the balance of period left before
superannuation and further, it can not exceed 60 months salary.


• The ex-gratia amount will be in addition to all other applicable retirement benefits.
