            Kindly find herewith enclosed the list of new items for discussion in the newly formed Works Committee Meeting please.

            At this juncture we thankfully recollect many settled items in the previous works committee meetings under your Chairmanship for improvement of services of BSNL.  We hope that the ensuing meetings would also be more purposeful in taking the BSNL services to a newer heights and thereby augmenting the revenue of the Company.

            Also we would like to place on record our sincere appreciation for the initiatives taken by the administration in conducting more and more Melas.  We hereby reassure our cooperation with the administration in all its initiatives for the growth of the BSNL.
