ஒப்பந்த தொழிலாளர்களுக்கு நியாயமான போனஸ்  கிடைத்திட  நமது NFTE-TMTCLU சங்கங்களின் சார்பில் 11-10-2017 அன்று அந்தந்த மாவட்டத்திலுள்ள உதவி தொழிலாளர் நல ஆனையர் ( ALC )அவர்களை சந்தித்து நமது மாவட்ட சங்கங்கள் மனு கொடுக்குமாறு  தோழமையுடன் கேட்டுக் கொள்கின்றேன்.
மற்றும் 16-10-2017 அன்று மாவட்ட தலை நகரில் உண்ணாவிரத  போராட்டம் நடத்திட  மாநிலச் சங்கத்தின் சார்பில் கேட்டுக் கொள்கின்றோம்.

                   Sub:  Statutory Bonus to BSNL Contract Workers, Submission of Memorandum   - 
                            - Intimation – reg
                   Ref:  Payment of Bonus Act 1965

          We would like to submit the following few lines for your kind notice with the request to take suitable action thereon please.

          We represent the Contract Workers engaged by Contractors for performing the assigned duties for the Public Sector concern, the BSNL.   We welcome whole heartedly the recent upward revision made in the Payment of Bonus Act. 1965 fixing Rs.7000/= as eligible statutory Minimum Bonus for workmen.

          In this regard we requested the contractors to abide by the Bonus Act and make necessary arrangement for disbursing the eligible minimum Bonus of Rs. 7000/= to every contract worker well before the Deepavali Festival.  We also requested the authorities of BSNL, the Principal Employer, to ensure the Payment of Bonus.

          We apprehend that the statutory obligation entrusted with the employers, both the Employer i.e., the Contractor and the Principal Employer i.e.,  here the Public Sector concern, the BSNL, would not be honored unless you intervene and use your good offices. 

          We have reasons for our apprehension as the contractors trying to hoodwink by putting forward the argument that they do not hold the contract-ship for the whole year and they are new and so on. And as for as the Principal Employer concerned they quite satisfied  to rest with a mere instruction issued to the contractors without taking the responsibility to ensure payment of the statutory Bonus.  Hence our request for your intervention Sir.

          We would like to meet you on  11  -10 - 2017 as a delegation to present our charter of Demands please.  This is for your kind information please.
